Business Development Manager (NSW):
OzForex has over 45,000 clients across 47 countries. As the largest wholly Australian owned online foreign exchange provider, OzForex is offering a unique opportunity to the right person to be of a young and dynamic team in expanding the business.
We will provide you with training in the following areas:
- NzForex’s custom built CRM
- NzForex online system
- Sales Training
- Product Training
- AFMA PS146 Accreditation
Tools of trade:
- Laptop with internet access
- Complete home office setup
- Car allowance
- Phone allowance
Strategic Business Plan
- Sales and marketing plan
- Growth strategy and projections
The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Sales Manager in Australia and be accountable for driving incremental growth in revenue and new clients.
You will be investing a significant portion of your time negotiating with key decision makers and forming relationships through various channels across a range of industries for referral and partnership arrangements. You will be involved in marketing the NzForex online platform face to face and via the phone to key decision makers within the SME space, establishing NzForex as the provider of choice.
This is an exciting time to join a business that is set for revenue and headcount growth, innovation and expansion of services and products. You will be given the accountability and autonomy to think on your feet, innovate and add value. Initially working from home, eventually you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Computer proficient and an interest in developing technology.
Ideally you will have minimum 2 years of business to business solution sales experience with a proven track record within the industry.
You will be rewarded through an attractive remuneration package including a base salary, generous trailing commission structure and tools of trade.

You will be rewarded through an attractive remuneration package including a base salary of up to $75,000, generous uncapped commission scheme and all tools of trade - This is the potential to take home in excess of $150,000+ per annum.

Lead Generator - NSW
OzForex is a global company that has over 45,000 clients across 47 countries. As the largest wholly Australian owned online foreign exchange provider we are looking for someone with telesales or cold calling experience to be part of our team.
We will provide you with training in the following areas:
- OzForex’s online systems
- Sales Training
- Product Training
The primary function of this role is to contact prospective customers and set appointments for our sales team to close the deal.
This would be ideal for a self starter working from home looking for an extra income, your success in this role will open up other opportunities for you to further your career with a successful global business. This is a role that you can use your previous experience without the need to return to the Corporate World.
Your proven track record in telemarketing/lead generation will be highly regarded.
You will be rewarded through an attractive remuneration package including a base salary between $40,000 - $50,000 and generous uncapped trailing commission scheme. The income you can make is entirely up to you. You will be paid for the initial qualified appointment and a trailing commission for 12 months. You will also have the opportunity leverage off relationships you have established to create referral channels.
